Statement of Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Contract

In accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), the withdrawal form must be sent to the email address radosavljevic.mladen@gmail.com or to the company address:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract by submitting a withdrawal statement to the seller within 14 days from the day the goods were received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.

By withdrawing from the contract, the consumer is released from all obligations, except for the cost of returning the goods due to withdrawal.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and must be accompanied by the original invoice and the withdrawal form.

The consumer may withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days of concluding the contract, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal statement takes legal effect on the day it is sent to the seller.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, it is considered that the contract was not concluded, and obligations arise as prescribed by Articles 34 and 35 of the law.

The seller is obliged to refund the consumer without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement.

For sales contracts concluded off-premises or at a distance, the seller must return the funds paid by the consumer once the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided, regardless of which action the consumer performs first.

The consumer must return the goods to the seller without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent.
