Made from a carefully balanced blend of Stanley (80%) and Požegača (20%) plums, grown in the village of Šljivova, this rakia embodies authenticity and heritage. The Požegača, a particularly aromatic old Serbian variety, contributes distinctive, pleasant notes that elevate the brandy’s character and complexity. Distilled in a copper cauldron, the spirit develops depth and smoothness, then rests on oak chips before aging in stainless steel to preserve freshness and balance.
The aroma is rich, unmistakably plum, with layers of subtle fruit and oak. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded, and pleasantly warm, with a harmonious finish that remains.
