Full-bodied yet well-balanced, it offers a soft, rounded texture with a lingering finish. Aged in oak barrels, it gains additional depth and structure.
It pairs perfectly with roasted meats, prosciutto, and full-fat cheeses, making it an excellent choice for hearty meals and special occasions.
